This project was built by me (Jackson) for the DTS311H1 Creative Project (Winter 2026).

I explained why in my presentation but to summarize, I wanted to create an interactive way to visualize diasporas and fun to connect to course concepts. Most websites are there to display and share information passively. I wanted to make this an interactive way where users could discover different diasporic communities and music around the world on their own.

Every animation, transition and layout choice was made with your experience in mind (yes you!). While this website is best experienced on a larger screen, every effort was made to make this responsive and feel natural on smaller screens as well.

This project was built using Next.js, TailwindCSS, Framer Motion (Motion), and Three.js.
